Syarat & Terma Pembelian
1) Perkhidmatan kurier dibenarkan dengan syarat tambahan iaitu penambahan kos handling (iaitu kos pembungkusan) minimum kos handling untuk 1 barang ialah sebanyak RM5. Ia juga bergantung kepada berapa besar item yang anda beli. Sebagai contoh, semakin besar size barangan tersebut, maka kos handling akan turut meningkat. Kos handling ini meliputi kos pembelian kotak dan kos pembungkusan yang lain. Ia untuk memastikan bahawa anda menerima barang tersebut dalam keadaan tidak rosak. Penjual akan menentukan setiap barangan sama ada ia memerlukan kotak atau cukup sekadar dibalut dengan bubble wrapper. Yuran kos handling dikecualikan untuk item yang dibungkus tanpa menggunakan kotak ataupun perlindungan tambahan. Sila confirmkan kos ini terlebih dahulu sebelum membuat sebarang pembayaran atas talian.
2) Kos handling ini tidak termasuk kos penghantaran. Jadi setiap pembelian sebagai contoh, anda perlu membayar (harga barang + kos handling + kos penghantaran). Destinasi penghantaran ialah Malaysia, Singapura & Brunei sahaja. Untuk penghantaran ke Singapura, Brunei, Sabah dan Serawak di wajibkan untuk mengambil insurance untuk memastikan risiko penghantaran anda terkawal.
3) Penghantaran delivery melalui perkhidmatan kurier akan di buat setiap hari selasa (hari berkerja sahaja) pada setiap minggu. Anda akan diberikan tracking number selepas penghantaran di buat.
4) Cash-On-Delivery (COD) hanya untuk pengambilan barang-barangan di pejabat kami di Taman Putra Kajang sahaja hanya ketika hari berkerja sahaja. Waktu pejabat kami dari jam 9 pagi - 5 petang (Isnin - Jumaat).
5) Perkhidmatan grab delivery, lalamove ataupun lain-lain juga di galakkan. Kos ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pembeli. Hanya ketika hari berkerja sahaja (sila rujuk item no 4).
6) Kami tidak mempunyai kedai, sekiranya anda berminat untuk melihat lain-lain item yang kami ada, sila hubungi Puan Su (Mobile 019-6855800) untuk tujuan tersebut.
7) Sila selesaikan bayaran dalam tempoh masa 24 jam. Sekiranya anda perlukan lebih masa, sila berbincang di chat.
